Quality Assurance Supervisor (French Account)

  • Contribute to quality process improvements and ensure QA guidelines are updated and followed.
  • Ensure all evaluations and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Client teams to address performance issues and improve service delivery.
  • Review and validate QA evaluations to ensure accuracy, fairness, and consistency.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to QA team members to enhance their performance and analytical skills.

3–5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, (Fresh account preferred).Excellent proficiency in French.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.Proficiency in using QA software, testing tools, and MS Office Suite.
