Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to familiarize them with company systems, products, and internal processes.
- Conduct technical and product training sessions for technical and pre-sales teams.
- Develop engaging training materials, presentations, workshops, and assessment tools.
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor trainees’ progress and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect new technologies and market trends.
- Support employee development initiatives to ensure skill growth and team efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or a similar technical role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English
