Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources or HR generalist roles.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
