Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

An Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle communication and office tasks efficiently.
:Job Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Coordinate between departments and with management
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records
- Communicate with external parties via email and phone
- Assist in managing company social media pages
- Monitor and request office supplies
- Support the team and help resolve basic administrative issues
:Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration or office work
- V-good English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Fresh graduates with good English and fast learning ability are welcome to apply
