- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for industrial processes and manufacturing systems.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems, primarily utilizing Rockwell Automation platforms.
- Lead the commissioning and startup of automation projects at client sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on automation systems and best practices.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies throughout project execution.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver solutions within scope and schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation engineering.Proven expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, especially Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) systems.Strong knowledge of HMI and SCADA development and integration.Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or Profibus.Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.Willingness to travel to client sites for project commissioning and support.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
