Job Summary:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, providing valuable administrative and operational support to our team. You will play a key part in ensuring our employees have a positive experience at every stage of their journey with us, from recruitment to retirement.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboard new hires by completing paperwork, processing payroll information, and providing them with company resources and information.
Employee Relations & Benefits Management:
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Process employee leave requests and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
Data Management & Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Manage HR databases and systems.
- Prepare presentations and other documents.
Bachler's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant degree.Minimum of +1 year of experience in Human Resources as a supportive role.Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite & Human Resources Software.Ability to work independently & as part of a team.Strong attention to details & Accuracy.Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
