HR Manager

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Coordinate and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote a positive working environment and company culture in line with Koning’s values.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 15 year of relevant HR management experience.Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector and distribution Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
