- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.

- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and incidents for project documentation and future reference.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
