Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales real estate brokerage.Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience working in an office-based environment.Ability to work full-time, under a permanent and long-term arrangement.Strong organizational and time management skills.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
