- Design Development & Documentation
- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed construction drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with Egyptian building codes, zoning laws, and local regulations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Develop 3D models and renderings for client presentations
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost-control recommendations
- Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly
- BOQ & Cost Estimation
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in compliance with Egyptian measurement standards (e.g., ECP 201).
- Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to align design with budget constraints.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors and contractors for BOQ validation.
- Project Coordination & Management
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, landscape) to ensure design integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Oversee design revisions and approvals from local authorities.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders in Arabic and English.
- Liaise with government entities for permits and approvals.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project updates.
1. Education & CertificationBachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent accredited institution)Master's degree in Architecture or related field preferredRegistration with Egyptian Syndicate of EngineersPMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)2.
