Job Purpose:
To support the organization’s growth and operational excellence initiatives by identifying business opportunities, enhancing processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic projects. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, optimizing performance, and supporting sustainable business development aligned with the company’s objectives.
Key Duties:
- Support the development and execution of the company’s business development strategy.
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential areas for expansion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Lead and coordinate operational excellence projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure process standardization.
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for management review.
- Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives to optimize business operations.
- Contribute to the preparation of business plans, budgets, and performance reports.
Key Activities:
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities.
- Develop proposals and presentations for new business initiatives.
- Participate in cross-departmental workshops to streamline workflows.
- Monitor post-implementation results of improvement projects.
- Maintain documentation for operational standards and procedures.
- Support training sessions to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Certifications in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management are an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.High proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic preferred).Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
