Trade Marketing & Foodservice Manager

The Role

As Senior Sales Manager – Trade Marketing & Foodservice, you will be at the forefront of driving Soudancoro’s commercial success. You will lead sales growth in Foodservice while ensuring flawless trade marketing execution across the Retail market. From developing customer partnerships to securing in-store excellence, this role gives you the opportunity to make a direct, high-impact contribution to the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets across Foodservice and Retail Channel.
  • Lead the Foodservice agenda, developing new accounts and building strong partnerships.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive visibility, distribution, and consumer engagement.
  • Negotiate and influence at senior levels to expand market share and secure commercial agreements.
  • Ensure execution excellence with distributors and customers — pricing, availability, visibility, and activation.
  • Track and analyze market data, competitor moves, and performance KPIs to feed into strategy.
  • Inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and supply chain behind growth.

Qualifications & Requirements5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales; beverage industry background strongly preferred.Proven success in Foodservice and Trade Marketing.Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Marketing, or related field.Strong/fluent command of English (spoken & written).Based in Cairo, with ability to travel when required
