- Assess organizational training needs through regular analysis and feedback from various departments.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and online training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal utilization and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all training content.

- Stay current with trends in travel, hospitality, and adult learning to introduce innovative training methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs within a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes.Experience with both in-person and online training delivery.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Experience working in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
