- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the shipping, import, export, and customs clearance sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to present Pollia Group’s full suite of Import/Export solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions.
