HR Administrator

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping systems.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational HR needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.Experience supporting full-time, unlimited, and local employment arrangements.
