Quality Control Supervisor

  • Supervise and coordinate daily quality control operations across all food production and catering activities.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Develop, update, and enforce quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and train quality control staff, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and analysis to management for informed decision-making.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all relevant standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food manufacturing or F&B industry.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues.Effective communication and leadership abilities to train and motivate staff.Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation practices.Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
