- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches that align with the brand’s vision and market demands.
- Lead and oversee the creation of compelling creative assets, including campaigns, packaging, lookbooks, and digital content.
- Coordinate with retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent and premium brand presentation across all touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize the brand’s budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of all branding and marketing activities.
- Conduct and lead consumer and market research to gather insights that guide brand positioning and product development.
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to maintain brand differentiation and relevance.
- Evaluate brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency and creativity in brand storytelling across all channels, including social media, website, and advertising.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with models, influencers, and designers aligned with the brand identity.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and PR events to enhance brand positioning and build industry relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from The American University in Cairo (AUC). 4–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry. Strong understanding of luxury branding, customer behavior, and high-end market positioning. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation coordination. Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
