Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.In-depth understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
