Account Manager Events (Remote Vacancy)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, production, and technical departments—to develop tailored event solutions.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep events on schedule and within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure optimal terms and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for each event, including contracts, invoices, and client communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance event offerings.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in event account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and project management software.Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional remote team.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and event requirements.
