Business Development Manager

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Gulf Market construction and project management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal project management and engineering teams to align BD strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Represent Scope PM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key BD metrics, providing insights and progress updates to senior management.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to refine service offerings and strengthen client satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ( remotely ) or a related field within the construction or project management industry.Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.Strong understanding of construction project management services and client needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Experience in preparing proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
