Sales Supervisor

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other tactics
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing, and property features
  • Negotiate and close property sales and rental agreements
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including preparing contracts, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact the real estate market
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and targets
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Fluent English.Bachelor Degree.Proven experience in the Real Estate brokerage industry or Real State Developer of at least 5 years.Good computer skills.Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.Excellent awareness of the Market.Presentable with very good communication skills.Prefer residence nearby Heliopolis & New Cairo
