Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and staff.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
Implement and monitor warehouse policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize operations.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Previous experience in fabric, fashion, or retail industry is a must.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and distribution processes.Experience in managing multiple warehouse locations is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
