Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.3 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the engineering or consulting industry.Strong understanding of the engineering consulting market and client needs.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development and marketing strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.Excellent command of English (spoken & written).Knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
