Guest Relations Agent

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

     

BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.1-3 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in the Boats and Nightlife industry or fine dining restaurants is a Must.Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.A customer-oriented and professional attitude.An outgoing personality is a Must.Outstanding communication abilities is a Must.
