- Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Assist in processing orders on ERP system and follow up on deliveries, invoices, and payments.
- Communicate with clients to provide information on products, prices, and order status.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate data.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, store, and customer service departments.
- Help organize sales meetings, events, and presentations.
- Track sales targets and ensure timely completion of sales objectives.
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and document control.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients or potential customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.Experience with ERP system.Team player with a positive attitude.
