- Resolve client issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally during tours.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
- Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect feedback from clients post-tour to improve future services and enhance customer satisfaction.
2-4 years of proven experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or a related field.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and as part of a team.Proficiency in using travel booking systems and office software (MS Office, email, etc.).Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel industry trends.Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and partners.Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours during peak seasons or emergencies.
