Secretary

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Manage the implementation process for one of company international certificates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and executive reviews.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
  • Support the management team with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks.
  • Monitor and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

1-5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.Willingness to work on-site (office-based arrangement).
