Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Admin with 2–5 years of experience in software sales administration. The role involves supporting the sales team in lead generation, CRM data management, and sales operations coordination. Cold calling experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
•Generate and qualify leads through different channels (calls, emails, campaigns).
•Maintain accurate customer data and pipelines in the CRM.
•Prepare reports, track sales performance, and support daily sales operations.
•Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and meetings.
•Perform cold calls when needed.
•2–5 years of experience in software or IT sales administration.•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).•Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).•Excellent communication and organization skills.•Proactive and detail-oriented.Preferred:•Experience in SaaS or software sales.•Knowledge of basic digital marketing or lead generation tools.
