Business Development ( Sales B2B Medical Insurance )

Job Summary:

AXON is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development ( Sales B2B Medical Insurance ) with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the medical insurance, healthcare, or TPA sector. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in field sales, door-to-door visits to corporate clients, and has worked previously as a broker or intermediary with medical insurance companies. This role involves active market outreach, client meetings, and relationship-building with healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
