- Maintain and update employees’ files and HR database.
- Handle attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department.
- Manage social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and related documents.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.1:2 years of experience in HR PersonnelGood knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
