Sales Account Executive

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT solutions and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address specific business challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver seamless implementation and after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to hospitality and retail.

1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT or technology solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of the hospitality and retail verticals is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong presentation and proposal development skills.Willingness to travel to client sites as required.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
