CVM Campaign Sr. Specialist Roles To design, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns with a focus on acquisition, retention, upselling, and churn reduction. The role requires strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience in campaign management platforms. Responsibilities ▪ Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns across SMS, email, USSD, IVR, push notifications, and digital channels ▪ Collaborate with consumer teams to segment the customer base for lifecycle, behavioral, and event-triggered campaigns. ▪ Use customer value management tools (e.g., UNICA, PEGA, Adobe Campaign, SAS CI, or similar) to deploy and monitor campaigns. ▪ Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance (response rates, conversions, churn, ARPU uplift, etc.) ▪ AI integration, and models’ performance and impact reporting. ▪ Manage real real-time decision framework. ▪ Monitoring and managing the campaign data sources, flowcharts, and channels ▪ Coordinate with IT, product, and commercial teams to align campaigns with overall business goals. ▪ Root cause analysis of the contacts/response issues ▪ Manage customer complaints and issues in the investigation ▪ Develop and maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science ▪ 5+ years of experience in campaign management or CVM in a telecom environment ▪ Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g., Unica, Pega, Adobe Campaign, SAS CI, or similar ▪ Strong SQL and data manipulation skills ▪ Understanding of business KPIs (ARPU, churn, revenue growth, subscriber base segmentation) ▪ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power B
