• Handle full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Manage communication and documentation related to governmental relations, regulatory compliance, and required official filings.
• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Get a work contract ready for the new employees and follow up with all of their documents and personnel files.
• Release government health insurance medical cards for both newly hired and current employees.
• Submit Forms 1, 2, and 6 for Social Insurance.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination.
• Develop internal policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security service
Work is primarily field-based (approximately 30% outdoor work).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or human resources support role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Very Good command of English both written and spoken.• Focus on team working.• Living in 6th of October city.• Male candidates only.• Maximum 30 years old.• No military obligation for candidates.• Driving license is a must.• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling sensitive information.• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
