- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids and proposals for IT solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
 - Support the sales team by managing documentation, gathering technical and commercial information, and preparing sales presentations.
 - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to collect accurate pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines for bid submissions.
 - Maintain and update bid and sales records, ensuring all information is current and accessible for reporting and analysis.
 - Review tender documents, identify key requirements, and communicate critical information to relevant stakeholders.
 - Assist in the development and standardization of bid templates, sales materials, and process documentation.
 - Monitor and report on bid progress, win/loss ratios, and provide insights to improve future submissions.
 - Ensure all sales and bid activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
 - Facilitate communication between sales, technical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of proposals.
 - Support post-bid activities, including contract handover, documentation, and client follow-up.
 
  Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in bid coordination, sales support, or a related administrative role within the IT or technology sector.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination and client interaction.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or bid management tools.Ability to analyze tender documents and extract key requirements.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and procurement.Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
