Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Maintain and update organizational charts and workforce reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in HR (talent acquisition, talent development, or generalist role).HR certification is a plus.Strong understanding of recruitment channels and employer branding.Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll, and social insurance is a plus.Proficiency in HR reporting, data analysis, and documentation.Excellent command of the English language.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
