1. Quantity Surveying & Cost Management

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bills of quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for various project stages (concept, tender, execution).
• Review and validate contractor and subcontractor interim payment certificates (IPC).
• Track and control project cost variations and prepare cost impact analyses.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports and cash flow projections.

2. Technical Office & Documentation

• Review and coordinate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals for compliance with design and contract documents.
• Participate in the preparation and review of RFIs, method statements, and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve discrepancies in drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related technical data, drawings, and correspondences.

3. Contracts & Procurement Support

• Support in tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in preparing contractual claims and variation orders (VOs) with supporting documentation.

4. Project Coordination & Control

• Liaise with planning and site teams to monitor progress and forecast financial outcomes.
• Contribute to progress reports, cost-to-complete analyses, and budget reconciliation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost and technical matters.
