- Identify training needs across all hospital departments through performance appraisals and consultation with department heads.
- Develop annual training plans and budgets aligned with hospital objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Support organizational structure reviews and job design initiatives.
- Assist in developing competency frameworks and career path models.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Participate in performance management system development and monitoring.
- Contribute to change management and culture transformation projects.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards related to staff training and development.
- Collaborate with other HR sections (Recruitment, Employee Relations, etc.) to ensure integrated HR services.
- Prepare and present reports on L&D and OD metrics to management.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or related field.MBA is Preferred.At Least 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of training design, competency-based frameworks, and performance management systems.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
