Trousers Line -Production Lider

The Line Leader in Trousers Textile Production is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities on the trousers production line. This includes managing the sewing operators, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting a safe and organized work environment. The role requires strong leadership, technical sewing knowledge, and the ability to meet daily production targets.

1. Production Management

Plan, organize, and oversee daily trousers production according to work orders and deadlines.

Allocate tasks to sewing operators based on skills and production requirements.

Ensure all machines and equipment are properly set up and functioning before the shift starts.

Monitor workflow and take corrective actions to prevent delays or bottlenecks.

2. Quality Assurance

Inspect trousers during and after production to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.

Detect and resolve any defects or irregularities in stitching, finishing, or fabric handling.

Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) department to reduce rejection and rework rates.

3. Team Supervision and Training

Lead, motivate, and supervise sewing operators and helpers on the line.

Train new and existing employees on sewing techniques, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Conduct regular performance checks and provide feedback to improve individual and team output.

4. Production Efficiency

Record and report daily output, efficiency, and manpower utilization.

Identify causes of low performance and suggest practical improvement methods.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

5. Coordination and Reporting

Communicate with the cutting, finishing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Report production status, issues, and material shortages to the Production Supervisor.

Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies.

6. Safety and Workplace Management

Ensure all staff follow safety and hygiene regulations in the production area.

Promote a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.

Report any equipment malfunction or safety concern immediately.
