Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar on-site engineering role.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in project management and site supervision tools.Proficiency in AutoCad.
