- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of export development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of team members and materials.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Support the identification and pursuit of new project opportunities aligned with Expolink’s mission and strategic objectives.
Bachelor degree of architecture or interior design .5 to 7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, manufacturing industries. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Adaptability and resilience in managing project changes and challenges.
