 - Key Responsibilities
 - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
 - Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
 - Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
 - Maintain and update the company’s recruitment database and records.
 - Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and support the onboarding process.
 - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
 - Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring performance.

  Qualifications1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Proficiency with LinkedIn and job posting platforms.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in technical or engineering recruitment is a plus.Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment processes.Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
