We are looking for a skilled Production Support Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application support, troubleshooting, and system integration, with a proactive approach to maintaining production stability and performance.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in application or production support, with proven senior or lead-level responsibilities.
- Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of application architectures, databases, and integration methodologies.Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues in production environments.Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL querying.Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) and application lifecycle management.Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment and monitoring.Familiarity with .NET applications and ability to debug source code.Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).Understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.- Key Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
