We are seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Senior Media Buyer to lead paid media activities across Egypt and the Gulf region (GCC markets).
The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and a hands-on executor — capable of building growth-focused media strategies, solving Ads Manager challenges, and scaling campaigns efficiently on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This role requires deep understanding of both Egyptian and Gulf digital markets, their audiences, and advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
 Strategy & Research
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored for Egyptian and Gulf markets, aligned with business goals.
 - Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, audience insights, and emerging trends.
 - Translate insights into actionable advertising strategies and creative briefs.
 - Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad messaging with market context and cultural relevance.
 
Media Buying & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
 - Conduct detailed keyword research and implement Sales-Driven Campaign Structures.
 - Apply smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS) to drive conversions and ROI.
 - Execute scaling tactics, budget optimisation, and use automation scripts for continuous improvement.
 - Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure proper tracking and attribution across platforms.
 
 
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Build integrated tracking systems using Meta Conversion API, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
 - Analyse data and report actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
 - Conduct A/B testing, negative keyword optimisation, and refine audience targeting.
 
 
Channel Expansion & Regional Adaptation
- Manage and expand paid activity on TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant Gulf platforms.
 - Adapt campaigns for each region’s culture, language, and digital behaviour (Egyptian vs. Gulf audiences).
 - Ensure localisation of creatives and ad messaging while maintaining consistent brand identity.
 
  Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.3–5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist, covering both Egypt and Gulf (GCC) markets.Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling.Proven experience in strategy planning, market research, and budget optimisation.Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Conversion API integration.Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and multi-channel media buying in Gulf markets.Deep understanding of regional audience behaviour, cultural nuances, and media consumption patterns.Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
