Your Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Leading the entire recruitment process from job requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles across the organization.
Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, and advanced search techniques.
Business Partnership: Collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs, define role requirements, and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensuring a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates, reinforcing our reputation as an employer of choice.
Employer Branding: Actively contributing to employer branding initiatives, representing the company at career fairs and networking events, and leveraging social media to attract top talent.
Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Acting as a senior member of the team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior recruitment specialists.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to provide insights, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting in-depth interviews, including competency-based interviews (CBI), and coordinating the assessment process to ensure a fair and effective selection.
You will report directly to the Head of the Recruitment Department.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
Demonstrable success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate environment.
Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and professional networking.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Desirable Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A data-centric approach with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
