1. Front Desk Operations
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer telephone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the hospital system.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments according to doctors’ availability.
Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain and update appointment records daily.
3. Patient Support & Communication
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, and procedures.
Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when needed.
Guide patients and visitors to relevant departments.
4. Administrative Duties
Maintain organized patient files and records (digital and paper-based).
Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle billing-related inquiries (if applicable).
Prepare daily reports on appointments, cancellations, and collections.
Ensure confidentiality of all patient information in line with hospital policies.
5. Environment & Safety
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Follow hospital safety and infection control policies.
  A Bachelor Degree.2 years of office work experience and an experience of clinics reception role will be aplus.Reporting skills.Well organized and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skill.Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, as well as collaborate effectively withmultidisciplinary teams.Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).Very Good command of English is a must
