Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant to lead outbound sales efforts for our web and custom software development services. This role involves identifying leads, initiating contact through LinkedIn and email outreach, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, directories, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to build and manage prospect lists
- Draft and personalize outreach emails and follow-up sequences
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate with technical team to prepare proposals and presentations
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and closed deals
- Track activities and progress using CRM software
Requirements:Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in software or IT servicesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Understanding of web and mobile application services and ability to explain them to non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExperience in targeting SMEs and enterprises, preferably in the GCC or European marketsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)Background in digital marketing or technology salesKnowledge of B2B sales strategies and funnel metrics
