  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, and professional networks to proactively source and attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor market developments to inform recruitment strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.Excellent organizational and time management skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
