7 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations, preferably within the agricultural or food industry.Proven track record of leading and developing production teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Solid knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards in manufacturing settings.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and cross-department collaboration.Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing operational needs.
