We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in Central Heating Systems or the HVAC sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
You will work closely with business development and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients and maintain Climake’s reputation for excellence in service and product delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.1-3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the HVAC, heating, or cooling industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement.
