Business Development Manager

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base in the construction and finishing sectors.
  • Identify potential clients, projects, and partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical and execution teams to ensure alignment between project capabilities and client expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and oversee the signing of new agreements.
  • Track business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance market presence.
  • Work closely with the owner to set and achieve short- and long-term business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture is highly preferable).5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction or finishing industry.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.Strong understanding of construction project cycles and technical proposals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
